- Write and post a blog on our website and share via our social channels that expands on some of the topics we discussed in our podcast, and provide a list of resources related to Black and Indigenous histories and cultures, racial injustices, systemic racism, intersectionality, marginalization, access to justice, etc. Our goal is to have as many of these resources written or communicated by Black, Indigenous, or other marginalized folks. Please feel free to share resources with us!
- Facilitate virtual discussion(s) on some of these challenging, yet critical, topics. Please send us a note via any of our social channels or e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are interested or if you have any specific topics you would like us to facilitate a discussion around.
- Commit 200 hours of free time between now and the end of Q2 2021 to support Black, Indigenous, female, queer, and/or other minority-owned small-businesses in their strategic planning initiatives (including business planning, market entry strategy, growth strategy, visioning, risk management, change management, sustainability planning, etc.). We will communicate our progress in meeting this goal and reassess our commitment’s evolution beyond next year.

We will continue to take action and stand up for what is right and just – through these commitments, the work we do, and in our daily lives.
