Quin MacKenzie | MBA, BSc, ENV SP
Co-Founder & Consultant
Quin has facilitated planning and design processes for infrastructure projects across North America to enhance asset performance and resilience, specializing in the application of leading design frameworks such as the Envision® framework for sustainable infrastructure and the Integrated Design Process (IDP). Quin has advised clients and worked with project teams to execute sustainable and resilience strategies for alternative project delivery, preparing language and sustainability management systems to support project procurement and bid documents for multi-billion dollar projects in Canada and the United States.
Quin has consulted on the sustainable planning and design for over a dozen projects, ranging in size from $1 million to $4.65 billion, including the BCIT North Campus Infrastructure Project (Envision Gold), the Naples Bay Restoration project (Envision Silver), the Atlanta Water Supply Program (Envision Silver), and the Dixon Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements Project (Envision Silver).
Quin has led sustainability and strategic management projects including the resilience and sustainable design approach to the Western Milwaukee Flood Management Project, the waste management and sustainability planning and reporting for the Halifax Port Authority to support Green Marine compliance, facilitating the sustainable design process for major infrastructure programming at the Vancouver International Airport, and the strategic business case and conceptual design planning for infrastructure renewal at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Quin is an Envision Verifier, an Envision Sustainability Professional and has completed her International Association for Public Participation (IAP2), Foundations in Public Participation Certificate.

Bronwyn Worrick | MBA, BA, ENV SP
Co-Founder & Consultant
Bronwyn has experience leveraging holistic and systems-based approaches to strategy, risk, and resilience. She is an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), and has supported the planning, facilitation, and implementation of Envision projects across North America. Bronwyn has led clients in their sustainability planning and reporting processes – through developing comprehensive engagement plans, facilitating stimulating discussions to determine effective and implementable targets, and integrating feedback into final plans. She has experience using the Envision framework for sustainable infrastructure, Green Marine, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
She worked with Thompson Rivers University on their 2020-2025 Campus Strategic Sustainability Plan and Campus Design Guidelines. She is currently leading the development of the Halifax Port Authority’s 2019 Sustainability Report, Sustainability Plan, and Underwater Noise strategies, initiatives, and educational materials. Her process-oriented approach helps clients to create implementable, trackable, and effective strategies, through ensuring accountability, responsibility, and determining mechanisms for long-term monitoring and maintenance. She has also assisted the British Columbia Institute of Technology with strategic business case and conceptual design planning for infrastructure renewal.
Bronwyn also has experience working with start-ups, small-businesses, and non-profit organizations to develop business plans, market entry strategies, and organizational change initiatives. All her work considers environmental, social, and economic indicators and is done through collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders, rightsholders, and decision-makers.
