Public Private Partnerships (P3s)

Building integrated infrastructure

Capital-intensive infrastructure projects can have a build time of 20-30 years and often have a significant impact on community life. Public private partnerships (P3s) can optimize the development and operations of a project by integrating the needs of public sector stakeholders and private sector interests.

The impacts of climate change felt across North America in recent years have initiated a wide range of P3 projects focused on community resilience for dealing with weather changes, floods and forest fires. We work with local governments to develop projects that mitigate these risks now and in the decades to come.
